State and County Requirements regarding placement of Political Signs

The Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) reminds political candidates that campaign signs are not permitted on state highway right-of-way. The Hancock County Zoning Ordinance Number 811.05 (2) Setback requirements - No temporary sign shall be placed or erected within the right-of-way of any street.
